About John McKenna MBA

John Mc Kenna is a Business Strategist & Real Estate Coach who helps both the novice and experienced Realtor transform their real estate career into a thriving and successful business while showing his clients how to achieve a perfect balance between work and personal life.

Born and reared in Ireland, John attended the prestigious Queen’s University of Belfast and the University of Ulster, where by the age of 24, he had earned a Bachelors’ Degree with

Honors in Economics, Psychology & Labor Studies, a Postgraduate Degree in Administration and Law and finally his Masters’ Degree with Distinction culminating in an MBA in Business & Law.  In 1997, John made a decision to settle in the United States.  He quickly made a reputation for himself for entering companies & corporations and miraculously turning them around by increasing sales and drastically cutting operating expenses.

As a pastime, John had always practiced real estate.  However, his hobby soon became a passion when he relocated to these shores.  An avid Real Estate Investor and Consultant for many years, John has owned several successful real estate investment companies.  Upon acquiring his real estate license, John decided to leave the corporate world and pursue real estate full-time.  With his European style and aggressive business strategies, accompanied with the latest technologies, John turned the local real estate market on its head.  Within less than one year, John had secured a whopping 94% of the office listings.  His real estate company was then bought over by one of the largest in the area.  John immediately earned their Top Producer Award each year for 4 consecutive years!  As a constant Top Producer, John established a successful team of Buyers’ Agents along with his own commercial team all of whom practiced under John’s business philosophy.

In 2008 John was approached by one of the top national real estate coaching and training companies to become a real estate coach. This became a very natural evolution of John’s business career. A Certified Trainer, John Mc Kenna, himself, has been coached and mentored over the past two decades by some of the greatest names in the world of business and real estate.  Over the years, based on his exceptional marketing experience, John has regularly been invited to speak to international audiences of Real Estate Professionals attracting hundreds of Agents seeking to learn how he is bucking the market trends by selling homes faster and for more money than the competition.  In 2013, he was invited to speak at the NAR Annual Conference. There John accompanied on stage, his personal mentor Ian Grace (known globally as the World’s Leading Authority On Real Estate Advertising).
